Renowned photographer Ansel Adams once said “There are always two people in every picture: the photographer and the viewer.” For this book, I would add a third person: the subject. 

This book is dedicated to the hundreds of people who collaborated with me, unknowingly for the most part! 

Candid photography has always been more than pointing my camera at someone without their knowledge. I have always taken delight in spontaneous and unplanned juxtapositions, empathy being at the heart of my observations of the human condition.
